As the name suggests the Hakuba Gondala Apartments are right next to Hakuba Happo One’s main Gondola (ADAM Gondola). The ski-in apartments are just few meters from the ski field and Shirakaba lifts and only 30 seconds from the Happo Gondola entrance itself and central Hakuba ticket office. You simply cannot get self-catering Hakuba accommodation closer to both the Happo village amenities and ski fields. Each of the five fully self contained apartments have direct views of the Happo-One ski field and picturesque Happo village. Other features include English speaking staff, internet, free pick up & drop off, ski in & out and a mountain shuttle bus.

The Mountain
All these resorts are within range, so you are spoilt for choice. It does attract the second most amount of western visitors behind Niseko, so it is well set up to accommodate westerners. Along with Niseko it is often chosen as the first or second trip to Japan before you will look at some of the lesser known or more adventurous options.

Early January 2014
We were in Habuka early jan 2014 for skiing and stayed at The Gondola Apartments with 3 bedrooms.
The apartment was clean and modern with a fireplace,and the kitchen was also well equipped.
Location was perfect,right in the heart of the village and surrounded by ski shops,restaurants,bars and next to the main gondola.What a beautiful view from the apartment!
Daniel the owner was extremely friendly and helpful,helping us to arrange for taxis and onsens etc,nothing was too much for him! Thank you Daniel!
Last but not least, the skiing was terrific, excellent powder snow and there are numerous slopes to suit all levels.
We all had a wonderful time and are already planning our next trip soon. Hakuba, we will we back!

Hakuba Gondala Apartments include a choice of two or three bedroom self catering executive apartments within a five apartment building.
Each apartment has beautiful American solid hardwood floors with individual zone controlled underfloor hydronic heating. The spacious living rooms have feature fireplaces, modern furniture and comfy imported leather sofas. Modern kitchens with granite and imported stainless steel appliances will provide a professional level culinary environment. Hakuba Gondola Apartments kitchens will be complete with all the tools needed for self catering.
