All these resorts are within range, so you are spoilt for choice. It does attract the second most amount of western visitors behind Niseko, so it is well set up to accommodate westerners. Along with Niseko it is often chosen as the first or second trip to Japan before you will look at some of the lesser known or more adventurous options.

The Location
The most common way to travel to Hakuba valley is to fly into Tokyo, catch a direct shuttle bus or combination of bus and shinkansen. We can help you book all transfers

It’s was so great to stay at bears den as Lesley just served me like a family! She just cooked breakfast every morning, provided tools for fixing my snowboard & fixed all problems about the room. Please also note below photos.  Just wonderful experience & I hope I can stay there again if I am available in the future.

Thanks you so much!
Chas
