We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel was well appointed and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The onsen, here are very good with options to have a private onsen in 1 of 5 private areas.
The daily drop off and pick up service to/from the various lifts was great. The hotel is well located, so you can walk to the slopes or nearby restaurants.
The staff were very helpful and commucations were great, assisted by translating programmes.
The breakfast was very relaxed with good food selections available. We had dinner in house and the food and service was very good.
We would stay again when skiing at Zao Onsen.
